Title: Rules Question

So I've read most of the rules and I may have missed it. But what about rules for things like poison? or continuous damage? or falling? what about bonuses to things such as hiding in a dark room wouldn't the character get a bonus without having to spend a fate point? say the room is dark enough to give a +1 or +2 surely the player shouldn't have to spend a fate point for a simple enviormental bonus? I could see spending the point to move through the shadows unseen.

See p. 326 of Your Story for Poison, p. 319 for Falling, and the idea of lighting giving appropriate bonuses or penalties without counting as an Aspect is suggested several places, such as the Stealth skill and the Cloak of Darkness power. Continuous damage is easy, just have a one or two stress hit a turn (or whatever time interval is appropriate).

And I found continuous damage on p. 325.
