Sort of a print out type list that you look over to add more depth to your characters. Check the ones you want to use etc. Thanks!
Yes, I could start making one myself, but why reinvent the wheel, right?

Dunno if this is what you're looking for, but it may be helpful:

You have to scroll down a bit to get to it. Many of the traits listed are less than desirable.

I strongly encourage you to look around for role-playing game online resources. Here's another couple of links:
http://www.darkworldrpg.com/lore/flaws.html
... located using the search keywords RPG+character+flaws+list. And I'd be remiss if I didn't include:
http://www.crackmonkey.org/~nick/loyhargil/fate3/fate3.html#aspects
... note that this particular link will take you straight to the "Aspects" section of the document, which should be exactly what you're looking for.
I'd also recommend building up a library of books from Steve Jackson Games' "Generic Universal Role Playing System" (GURPS, for short) sourcebooks. Each and every one of them includes new things to help or hinder your character; you're sure to find dozens of great ideas with very little effort.
Good luck!
