This is a collection of "generators", on the order of those "[fill in the blank] Name Generators" that crop up on the Intertubes from time to time, but much broader in scope and, IMHO, vastly more entertaining. My personal favorite is the Tarot Card Generator

A character opens a door, but the action turns into something else. During the story, a character drinks something they haven't had in a while. The story must have a salamander in it. During the story, a character discovers someone has written a book or article about them.
