Well, I am tall, i'll give ya that, but I'm not as skinny as I picture Harry.  I actually think I'm built more like Michael.  O_o

Gee, that makes ME feel better. :P

You could always wear the cheesy vampire costume.   :D

Or the tux.   8)
  ...isn't it the same thing?

When I referenced the tux, I was thinking of the formal tux from the shindig he went to with Susan in Death Masks.  Which would be very cool looking, but perhaps not distinctively Harry.

Ah.  True.  I'd just be a guy in a tux.  Unless I could get a group to come as Susan, Marcone, Gaard, maybe even Nicodemus?  Anybody?

You could carry a toy duck with a shroud fibre around its beak. :D

I've given some thought to doing a half-vamped out Susan from that scene.  Somewhat ripped black dress, black sclera contacts, dark red tattoos...  Hell yes.

Bustin' your chops, man, hence the raspberry. :P

No, all I was originally saying was that you physically had the general structure we'd expect from Harry. Couldn't tell if you're more muscled; the duster's kind of hides that.

They start out black, then they get more red the closer she gets to losing control.

Very nice. No Eyebrow of Doom for you two this time around eh?

I can't even imagine how hot it must've been in the Cali sun with all those dreds.

This is why God invented air conditioning!  During the day, I wasn't out of the building long enough for it to be a problem, and the morning and evening were cool enough that I wasn't unduly inconvenienced.

Elaine is the character I most resemble in daily life, so I could easily whip up a costume, but... a flannel shirt, jeans, and Birkenstocks?  That's something I could wear to work.  I like my costumes to be much more dramatic. :D

Gala!Vamp!Susan is a contender for the future, as is Jenny Greenteeth-as-Georgia from My Big Fat Supernatural Wedding

Just read a nice write-up about JB that I thought I'd share :)

Quote
...In order to ensure a seat, I jumped into the panel BEFORE 24 just in case there were rabid Jack Bauer fans out there. It turned out that Jim Butcher, author of The Dresden Files, was the guy talking to fans right before Bauer.

I’ve never read a single book in the Dresden series, nor heard much about Butcher, but he was one of the more entertaining personalities I saw at Comic-Con over the course of two days. He sat there by himself, with a meek little editor, in front of hundreds and hundreds of people likely waiting for 24, Prison Break and Avatar, and he made the entire room focus on him for the next hour.

He truly loved his fans that got up to ask questions. He gave detailed and awesome responses, the kind of thing these Comic-Con attendees go nuts over.

It was a pleasant surprise to accidentally walk into an entertaining panel. In fact, I may pick up a copy of The Dresden Files because of it...

Great catch, Zarina!  I absolutely agree with his assessment.

And actually, speaking of costumes, I need help brainstorming costume ideas for a "Villains"-themed Halloween party.  As not to derail this thread, I've created a new one in Mac's.  Please share any thoughts you might have!
