This is an ON TOPIC discussion board

This board is specifically, only for on-topic discussion of the Dresden Files.  Please do your best to stay on-topic.  Moderators will take action with folks who routinely fail to stay on topic.  If you want to discuss something off-topic, take it over to the McAnally's (Anything Goes!) board.

Plus: Each tread has a topic of its own, more or less defined by the first post.

So if someone starts a thread with for example: "Ok, lets discuss the Alphas during Fool Moon" Off topic would be for example to start discussing the history of the Archive instead.

What exactly is thread necromancy?  Is it commenting on old threads?  Sometimes I peruse threads that were closed long before I came on here and go to comment on them.  is that not ok?

It's the commenting on old threads - generally, stuff that hasn't been posted to in months or more.
