I think mines South East Asia. We've had a few hints. Jade Court, Rakshasa, The Temples, Cristos/La Fortier's faction, Shiro.

I think the concept groundwork or atleast a solid foundation is there.

There's also enough chaos in the region for Supernatural Cover.

I wouldn't mind as an Aussie seeing Australia. My Theory is there's powerful wild nature spirits, that occaisionally cause forest fires, or storms and flash floods, but that other Supernaturals come to Australia to escape the Old World Supernaturals and Fae.

I even had a concept of Kincaid and Ivy settling in Australia because statistically it's one of the safest or best rated countries to live in and is out of the jurisdiction of most Supernaturals.

Mesopotamia / middle east. See what the Gatekeeper and his fellows have made of the big nasty things that the old tales speak of.
A place like Göbekli Tepe is screaming out for some deep dark ritual. Of course it does run the risk of drawing too deeply on Abrahamic religion to 'paper over' the cracks without having to pick if it's all true or just so from a certain perspective.

The Vatican. See if they've topped Hades - if there's one thing the files have been big on it's comparing humanity to the big nasties... and usually humanity comes out on top, somehow.

Subsaharan Africa. I have no idea of the mythologies of the region, and I think Dresden Files would be a great intro. Even if it would, no doubt, fly in the face of half the themes actually there.

As a place for Harry to go adventuring, I think he's likely to remain very-Chicago-centric (plus of course sundry Nevernever adventures!)

"Changes" was the book where everything changes (and he went to Chichen Itza).  There's brief field-trips e.g. to  Edinburgh, and the IIRC the graphic novels & shorts get some road-trip action.

The DFRPG from Evil Hat centers some other locations, too; and the RPG fandom has built (and made available) a bunch of others.

Personally, I would like to see a little less Faerie and a little more Real World.  I've commented before that I miss the days when Harry was a local Chicago PI, and even now, I'd like to see Harry spend a little more time in the Real World and a little less time Out There.  I miss the gritty real feel of the early stories.

Where in the Real World would I like to see Harry visit?  I'd kind of like to see Harry pay a visit to Ebenezar at the farm in the Bootheel.  I'd maybe like to see Harry visit a few famous magic places, like Loch Ness or some of the sites in Britain associated with the Arthurian tales.

I think it might be fun if Harry visited the St. Louis Arch and it has some magical significance.

The Pentagon is a five-sided building shaped like a...pentagon.  Something tells me that that probably means something supernatural in the Dresdenverse.

I totally agree, I was attracted to "The Dresden Files" in the first place because it's real world setting set it apart from most fantasy.  It was that blend of detective/mystery and fantasy that for me made the series enjoyable...
