Haha I'd honestly never considered Ebenezars reaction to having A White Court daughter in law. That and Thomas's Brother and Sister are going to be married. That's some Porn Plot/CW level stuff.
Eb's will reaction will be a huge loss of temper but can he responsibly act on it?
I don't think we'll see him kill Harry(again) because he was pretty broken up about it in PT. If he goes after Lara or Mab, well he could probably kill Lara but that starts another war with the White Court, this time with Harry and the Accorded Nations all against the White Council. He could hurt Mab but unless the Blackstaff works like the Spear on Fae creatures, she'd just come back and we know how that rematch will end.
Plus those deaths would really put reality behind the 8-ball. No Lara would put Papa Raith or some other White Court noble in charge. No Mab and the resulting turmoil in Winter might just kick off the BAT early. Eb might have let his emotions get the better of him in PT, but I believe he'd think thru his actions and their consequences. These wouldn't be spur of the moment attacks.
Plus if it was true love between Harry and Murphy, she will get burned every time she touches him. That's how it worked when they kissed back in White Night even though it had been three or four years since he had been with Susan. Now Susan was alive at that point and Murphy is dead, so that might make a difference..
That protection cannot stand up to any effort to break it. Mab and Lara can arrange for any number of liaisons for Harry to remove it and Mab could actually order him to with Harry having no choice but to obey or rebel. The only women he could renew it with are Molly(Harry's in denial here) and possibly Elaine.
The fun part for me would be if after the majority of Next Book, Harry and Lara find themselves in the Thomas/Justine situation of being in love and burning each other. That would cause more complications in both their lives.
