Finally we have Harry’s explanation to Mab as to how he bound and motivated all the Small Folk with Pizza . “Neuromancy, you?, I shudder to think!”

Is this all foreshadowing Harry eventually owning Pizza Spress, as a wedding gift from Mab or a dowry from Lara?

It would allow the Guard to properly use the logo and bind them tighter to Harry as well as provide a source of payment to the Guard. An army marches on its stomach, and in the case of the Little Folk flys as well. He has bounds Thousands of Little Folk, owning Pizza Spress could bind millions. That would interest Mab.

What would be the consequences? Would “For The Za Lord,” be the new corporate logo, would Toot be the new Company Mascot? If so how large would Toot become from this? Could Pizza Spress use the Little Folk in delivery, in place of drones? (If you can convince them not to eat every pizza). Would Lacuna be allowed to run an especially gruesome ‘brush your teeth after meals’ campaign?

Well, we see in BG that the influence the 'Za Lord has over the little folk of Chicago is bigger then previously thought. Harry literally pulled a Pixie army out of his butt.

Clearly the end game here is Harry becoming a Faerie Queen in his own right, ruling over the Domain of Pizza.

It isn't just the pizza, the little folk are forever grateful to Harry for freeing, hundreds if not more of them when the Raiths had them imprisoned in cages to use as "fairy lights."

Here is a thought, in the light of what the Raiths did do to the Pixies, Toot and Z'Gard are not going to take kindly to a marriage between Harry and Lara.

It has been shown that the Little Folk would probably settle for a single slice of pizza over a corporate share certificate granting ownership. Sadly Harry is probably little better, especially if hungry. Neither are terribly good with money, Harry really needs a business manager,  versed in the arcane magical art of economics. Maybe Andi or Marci? They at least could keep the wolf from the door by the simple expedient of closing it after themselves. Marci did leave Chicago for a time maybe she has some practical business experience.

Seriously should Harry gain control of Pizza S’Press then he can look to expand the brand to expand his power base amongst wizards, for example Carlos family are restaurateurs, perhaps the offer of a franchise in LA and control over the Little Folk there might help bring Carlos on side. The brand is said to be regional so plenty of room to expand.

BUT, if a random Senior Council (for example) would have asked them to do what they did, with a pizza deal in exchange, they probably wouldn't have accepted because of mistrust. They accepted to do it for Harry because they know him.

And definitely I think it is a great idea. Harry needs to buy the pizza Spress.

Yup.  However I also think it is about debts as well.  Toot and company maybe tiny, but they understand debt, it is sacred for the Fae.  When Harry freed so many of them, they feel they owe him a debt, that is what Toot was saying.  Now pizza doesn't hurt, and Harry happily pays them for
their work, its one of the great benefits to being a vassal of Za'Lord.
