I liked how angry was Ethniu at Eb for wearing the blackstaff (we know it's Mother Winter cane, but I don't think Harry knows that)

It's a recently released short story, detailing Mister's thwarting of the big monkey(how Mister refers to Harry)'s attempts to dunk him under the soapy smelly water. Oh, and for some reason Eb goes all Black Staff during the tale. Supposedly, even more nuts than what we got in Battle Ground. Haven't read it myself, though...

Edited: Nope, I've read one called "Everything the light touches", not Eb involved, so I had not heard about BT.

Yeah, that tends to happen. I wish Jim would stop messing with the timeline. I tell you, remembering which stories exist in the here and now(and more importantly which don't ;)) gets exhausting when the list changes every couple days.

(Yeah, Everything the Light Touches was fun.)

Everything the light touches is sweet and nothing relevant happens. I couldn't find a reference to BT in the JB site.

As far as your original topic goes: I think we've reached a point where Harry is almost about to realize what the Black Staff is. But, not quite there. Given his lack of talent when it comes to asking the "big" questions, he might even need to be told... again :( .

I would not be surprised but be lenient with him. After all, he has not access to a forum where hundreds of people discuss every detail of his life  :). He has to figure it all, all by himself.
