Given that the teeth are likely very big, she can do quite a lot.  Hopefully she'll make a tooth dagger for Murphy to keep as a memento for her kill.  It'll be sitting on a shelf at the castle and Harry will see it and ask about it and Lacuna will explain, and Harry will get melancholy in recollection.  And then in the BAT she'll have it and she'll use it to kill someone deserving, and Lacuna will swear fealty to her for the honor.
