OOOOOKKKAAAYYY....I ordered a signed copy of Battle Ground. Now I find out, second time this has happened, my book may not be here with normal copies, Tomorrow. Am I the only one???

I have been burned twice now, VERY poor business plan. Several of my friends have offered to give me their books...FOR FREE, because they feel sorry for me. Not much profit in books when so many people read it for free! FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!

I don’t see the use of preordering ebooks. I do not get them a few hours earlier if I do. Not even one hour.

Has anyone received their personalized autographed copy yet? I placed my order back in June, emailed them a week after release just to see if it had been shipped yet they said they had them and would be shipping soon. A month and a half later and I still haven’t gotten an email saying it was shipped or a tracking number. I emailed them again a week ago and have not gotten a response. Are they ever going to send it?
