I'm thinking Butters sword would have no problem cutting through Ethn the Titan's armor.  The spear head or athame, if you prefer, could then kill her.  Perhaps Harry could pull a Perseus and cut off her head and use the eye as a weapon whenever he held up the severed head.  Harry could keep the head in stasis on Demonreach so it wouldn't rot while Harry didn't require its use.
