The person talking to Harry appears significantly Fae... could be Molly but looks more childish and peevish than I'd say Molly is at this point of time so I'd lean towards someone we don't know?
The woman looking down has very long hair in an elaborate braid. Elaine has always struck me as much more utilitarian? I can't remember anything about the length of her hair but I'd think shoulder length at most as she's someone who is ready for the monster to jump out of the closet at her? Could be Margaret in a flashback or someone else? Does look very human. But my interpretation of hair is definitely not strong enough to exclude Elaine
