We have (and widely use, with the same sense you described here) "Me chupa un huevo" which is translated as "this is licking one of my eggs" but eggs in the sense of testicles. There is even a TV spot (more than one, it's a campaign actually) that I will go to describe because it is funny. It's from a lottery, so the idea is that the main character of the spot does not care for something annoying because he just won the lottery, but that is illustrated because another person tells them "Veo que te está chupando un huevo" (I see an egg licking you) and there is an animated chicken egg, with a face, and licking that person arm or something.

For the same "I don't care" meaning but for a person, we have some very rude expressions. One very similar to the one I described. "Chupame un huevo" (You lick one of my eggs). Also
"chupame la pija" (suck my dick, is very, very, rude) and there is also the "lick my arse" ("chupame el culo") but this is less used than the other two.

Side note: Chupar is the verb that means both lick, as in lick an ice cream stick and suck as in "use a straw to drink". In the sentences above I translated the word "chupame" as lick me or suck me according to what I've felt is accurate :-)

Arabic swear words (Egyptian dialect mostly, but understood by everyone) are a little tricky because of the pronunciation. We use numbers to compensate for sounds that doesn't exist in the greek alphabet.  So for starters, let me explain those a bit: (Warning: tl;dr)
2 = A in the beginning of a word, example: "fo2ak" should be pronounced as "fo'ak"
3 = A sound from the bottom of the throat, like the beginning of a growl.
5 = kh, a sound like the german "ch" in "achtung".
6 = T, but more flat, and comes from the whole of the tongue touching the top of the mouth.
7 = a heavy, throaty H.
8 or 3' = a sound like the French "r"
9 = a much heavier "S"

kosomak (male)/kosomek (female)- literally means: you're your mother's pussy, actually means: you can go to hell.
Kafer(male)/kafra(female) - literally means: infidel, actually used to express amazement at someone's skill or audacity.

Same meaning (only Bavaria):
"Zefix!" = short form of "Kruzifix" as religion ralated curses go.

"Bluadige Heanakrepf" Bavarian pronounciation of "Blutige Hühnerkröpfe" (nobody says that)= "bloody chicken struma" I think.


Others meaning "you annoy me":
Relatively nice ones. You can say that in public or in front of children or even priests:

" Du fällst mir auf den Wecker" (="you fall me on the alarm clock") ;D
"Du gehst mir auf den Zeiger" ("you go on the pointer")

Same meaning, but don't say that in front of children or priests:

"Du gehst mir auf den Sack" ("you go on my balls")
More to come. It is always important to extend your knowledge.


One more. I'm not sure, if this is official but it's funny and my father calls it people with very broad faces. Not nice but funny:
