I wonder if there was anyway to contact admins when the forum is down.
Maybe a link to an e-mail form on the "Database error" page? should help decrease the down time a little. :)

I agree with the OP. I tried to shoot an email at admin@paranetonline.net during the most recent downtime, and it failed to send. Is there an addy we can use to alert admins to site problems?

(And yes, thanks for the lovely website!  :D )

I'm going to try to update the site down splash page to include some contact info. I'm also going to look for a way to alert me if it goes down, and look at any add-ons that might help.

For now, you can reach me on Twitter at @paranetonline.  That'll be the fastest way.
