Seems bizarre that all the rest seem to be available, just not Skin Game. I would say that this is another example of the 'Australia tax', but in this case, it is actually costing me less as I can't even buy it.
Sadly this is not the only example for Audible in Australia - I don't get the logic as to why the publishers would want to limit sales and effectively encourage people to seek out 'alternatives'. Luckily, I have the hard copy and have read it, but not everyone is in that same situation and rely on audio books.
