Let's say that Dresden gets dragged into the underworld of crime and meets one of the following criminals…how would he interact with them, treat them?

Raymond Reddington (The Blacklist), The Pontiac Bandit (Brooklyn 99), Frank Underwood (US House of Cards), etc.

I think it depends on if he knows they are a mob head.  For instance, Frances Underwood ... I think Harry would be very accommodating to the President.

But to the others, he'd treat them like he does Marcone.
