TV? Or Movie?
« on: September 30, 2017, 05:18:06 AM »
I seriously enjoyed this book.  I couldn't put it down.  I feel that this could be a wonderful TV series as well.  We have execelent technology to do so.  A good quality series should be made.  It should have a big budget but put quite simply the plot lines and raw potential in this world would bring about a wonderful textured movie series or TV Series.  Jim Butcher must have done a ton of research on this.  Well worth the read.  I look eagerly forward to the next book.

For that matter I think that it is high time we got a reboot of the Harry Dresden TV series.  I think that it could be done very well and this time incorporating the fae as they are a major part of the series but did not make on to the screen.

Anyway, that is my humble opinion.

I look forward to a Stardust esque movie someday. Mostly I want to see more worldbuilding first. Plus it depends on whether it'll be 3 6 or 9 books depending on what Jim and his publisher decide.

I agree Matrix4b. I would love to see a tv show about Cinder Spires (even when the cats can be a little tricky to do) . This book is fantastic  :)
Missing you, Md

There are many horrible sights in the multiverse. Somehow, though, to a soul attuned to the subtle rhythms of a library, there are few worse sights than a hole where a book ought to be. Someone has stolen a book (Terry Pratchett)
