So who are these Federal agents?   Could we actually be meeting a Library of Congress taskforce?

Part two of Dog Men (the latest Dresden File comic) just came out, and features an encounter with two men in suits that LTW refers to as federal agents though it's unclear what their jurisdiction is.

He later thwarts their swat team, but that's another issue.   

I was wondering if these are agents of the "famed" Library of Congress (see WoJ).

More like Men in Black types that are use a cannon fodder not the LOC.

The Library of Congress the Librarians would be more like Merlin
and try to be diplomatic first then use other means later. Plus the LOC
has a lot of references to many primordial gods from many religions through
out their building Minerva being one of them . Merlin tried to save another
library in  Alexandria like the LOC that was built in name to Alexander the Great.
The Librarians most likely have many branches thru out this world on thru the multi
dimensions there of.

the thing I think makes the library most dangerous is not only the most complete collection by mortals on the supernatural, but I think they know that information matters and can be altered in reality by altering it in the books until mortal belief shifts.
