I can do 7pm on the weekend. At least, most weeks. (I'm not American, but Ottawa's on Eastern time too.)
On second thought, though, I'm not sure I can do video chat. My laptop speakers are terribly unreliable. I could maybe borrow another laptop, but it'd be a bit of a production.
