So, here's the deal:

Our DM placed us in a scenario inspired in Shakespeare's play "Macbeth" where we are fighting a Scion cursed with inmortality, he can only die if killed by "one who's been born of no woman". In the original play they accomplish this with a man who was born out of the corpse of his mother, but we get explained that such a technicallity was not truly useful. This guy tried to die that way and nothing. So we (the party) decided to create life. We basically used these rules:

1-You have to justify the body (We used an old marble statue brought by the White Court)
2-You must justify the Soul (My wizard used soulfire in the mixture, since it grows back we assumed it could also be planted in another being)
3-You must justify 2 shifts of power per aspect (Template and conflict are free)
4-You must justify 2 shifts of power per refresh
5-You must justify 1 shift of power per skill point
6-You must justify 1 shift of power per step in the time ladder (for lifespan)
7-Each skill can only be as high as one of the creators (so if no one has discipline 5 it can't have discipline 5)
8-Each supernatural power/stunt must come from one of its creators or another contributor (Summer and Winter Court and White and Black Court, don't ask)

It ended up being a total of 69 shifts of power to create a Refresh 11, 3 aspects, 38 skill points and a mortal lifespan.

I'm very proud of the ritual XD yes we steped in a gray area for the 5th Law of magic, can I create artificial life? Apparently we can. Do with this as you wish XD

Like a female human of 18 years, white hair and red eyes, carries a powerful sword (given by Monoc Securities), she possess inhuman strength and speed and is capable of evocation but not thaumaturgy.

Believe me we discussed A LOT about wether or not we should do it, we even had a Warden of the Council finally submit to the idea only to supervise we don't create a world shattering abomination

Not yet, see I was the one making the case to actually do it, my first example was Robocop, he was an act of hubris but he served the greater good, second I quoted Asimov and proposed to use aspects to shape the being to avoid that result, and third I said that the only reason Frankenstein's monster made Victor's life a living hell was because he didn't care about the life he brought to this world so now I'm the proud and very scared father o a magicborn creature trying to make her into a decent human being. But we still haven't played enough to see how that end up.
