Just How many Fallen Angels are there in the Dresdenverse,besides the ones trapped in the coins,and how hard is summon them?

Hi, was at the signing in stockholm and asked your question. Jim replied, there are many more fallen angels but the ones bound to the coins were the 30 that were trouble makers who Lucifer could not control.
To summon the 30 bound fallen you had to be a coin holder.
On the other hand to summon one from Team Lucifer you needed to know their name and it was not worth the trouble as they would kill you just as quickly.
