Anyway, the Powers look pretty solid to me.
One potential issue is that effectiveness will vary a lot from game to game. How often Presence modifies other skills, and how much you can do with passive charisma, is pretty group-dependent.
Also, if I were you I'd probably make Impressive Impression give +2 and Most Impressive Impression give +4. Seems wrong for them to be identical.
PS: I wouldn't allow these if I was GMing, but that's only because I want to avoid social magic in general; I like the way that the RAW puts mortals and gods on a roughly level playing field socially. It's a style thing.
