Do you have a source on that?  No because I don't think it's true, but just because I would like to see the original context and if there is anymore to the quote.   Could probably find it myself, but thought I'd check.

The name in that second line seems like a typo, that it should actually be

Yeah, I'm guessing it will have been corrected in the chapter in the book if they have noticed it, the sample chapters aren't exactly the same as the chapters in the book.
