Colin Baker was great, I wish more of his Sixth Doctor shows were available via Netflix or somewhere.   :)
Today I went to see Jim Butcher and Paul Blackthorne talk about the Dresden Files TV show at the Hyatt, which was also entertaining, and then walked across the street to the Marriott to get my copy of Skin Game signed during Jim's 2-hour autograph session. He has one more signing session tomorrow afternoon, but I got everything signed that I need, until The Aeronaut's Windlass comes out, for some future Dragon*Con.

I'm going to get my books signed when Jim comes to Heathrow next year for Eastercon.

Jim Butcher is remarkably gracious to all of the fans who show up to get stuff signed.

Fellow Butcher friends -
I went to Dragon Con.  I attended all of Jim's panels.  I video recorded all of them except the three that were for the Writer's Track (no videography allowed) and posted them on YouTube for you all to enjoy.  http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLWB32AbZlbsBM6aW5bythLg428V4W3KVe

The Humor in Urban Fantasy panel was the best thing I saw at Dragon Con.

The Supernatural Variety one was really funny, too

But a close second was Jim casually telling Paul Blackthorne what Harry had gotten up to since the series was cancelled.  Priceless.

Digging out the Black Company novels to see if they are as good now as then #writerstrackpanel

Seeing as how Paul didn't know most of what Harry had gotten up to before the series began... :D

I would like to thank Mr. Butcher for allowing me to stalk him two years in a row at Dragon*Con and signing all of my book. I really enjoyed getting to see. Now I need to find the hard back books that I am missing for the next time he is there. Whoever said you should not meet your idols obviously has never met Mr. Butcher.

Priscellie - are you going to be at Eastercon next year and if so, could I get your cell phone number so I don't miss you again?

If anyone is interested, I did organize a group shoot for all of the Dresden Files cosplayers at DragonCon this year.  Images here:
