Supernatural Powers for Fate Acelerated

Has anyone taken a crack at converting existing Supernatural Powers and Mortal Stunts from DFRPG to FAE? I like FAE a little better than Fate Core, but I don't wanna have to wait a full year to use it for Dresden if somebody has already done some conversion work.

Most things will work well enough if you just have them as a stunt or merely an aspect, since "aspects are always true". As it is, the whole "free will vs. power" doesn't translate too well into the Accelerated mechanics, so it's going to be something you do on your own by invoking and compelling the aspects at hand.

Then there is the way you describe your approaches. A character with quick +3 and a matching stunt can almost certainly be counted as someone with a speed power. Once he increases in power, he can raise his quick approach, which will be kind of like buying a speed power.

They all just fall into extras...  Functionally speaking the DFRPG balances out really well if you count them as such.  I'm pretty sure the only oddities are that DFRPG campaigns start at a much higher level of refresh than fatecore, but that's fine.  Most players prefer it that way anyway(nobody likes level 1 PCs that die to housecats.)  You can always just say that players start with three free refresh and 3 refresh if you really want instead of limiting them to stunts.

Putting powers as aspects bothers me, given that aspects are supposed to be backstory and personality.  I feel like they just worded things more clearly.

I haven't gone through them all but there's a lot of material linked here.
