I still haven't done anything with these rules. I regret that, because I'm really fond of them.

So I added them to the wiki. That's sort of like doing something.

Enduring the Apocalypse has Nicodemus, who is fond of super-plagues. You could use the rules there.

You could create some sort of disease focused oneshot villan. I'm quite fond of the Cancer Mage prestige class from DnD. Perhaps you could gain some inspiration from there.
