A sort of motion sense maybe? In a sense, that the character can see how much force and at what angle he'd need to throw a stone to hit a target, for example. If you've seen Alphas, one of them hat that power. Could calculate complex chain reactions like that in his mind and set them in motion by activating a relatively minor linchpin. Or he could throw a coin into a soda machine from 10 feet away without much aiming. Or shoot through a vent with a regular gun, the bullet ricocheting like a billiard ball over and over and still hitting the target.
The same series, a woman had enhanced senses throughout, hearing, seeing, smelling, everything. Could hear someone shaving on the other side of an office building, or see a hair in the carpet just by scanning the room from the door.
Being able to see and interpret wireless signals (including radio and television) was one another characters power. Listening in on a cell phone conversation, police radios, newscasts and much more.
Maybe only take strange senses, and take them to fit your character concept. For an investigator, that could be a trio of enhanced sight, smell and vision. Spend the extra fate point on a stunt that lets you use those senses even more efficient and call it a day. For example the "+1 on a roll, -1 time increment" stunt, I don't know what it is called right now. Feels more in line with an investigator like that. Idetic memory can easily be an aspect.
