I need a catch

Ok so I made a demon Angel hybrid character and I am having an awful time coming up with a catch for his healing and toughness powers. Any body have any suggestions?

How about something demonic/unholy as the recovery catch and something holy for the toughness catch? That would mean your recovery comes from the angelic side and the toughness from the demonic side. Of course, that would make it a +0 catch, but it would fit pretty well.

Ok so how would I start this out:

Human Form has inhuman toughness and recovery, catch is holy/unholy things
Angelic Form has just supernatural recovery catch unholy things
Demonic form has just supernatural toughness catch holy things

How would that look/is it possible/what would the refresh cost be

That's pretty much impossible with canon Powers, but it'd be easy enough with Variable Abilities.

Would that just be  -1 variable abilities with -4 refresh? Would I still get bonus from human form (probably not huh). What would the catch refresh be? Would the catch be subject to limitation? (Would probably be in "human" form at least 50% of the time)

There are a number of ways you could stat it.

I personally would invest 4 Refresh in Variable Abilities with the following list:

-Inhuman/Supernatural Recovery with Limitation (Does not apply against unholy things)
-Inhuman/Supernatural Toughness with Limitation (Does not apply against holy things)

The Variable surcharge would be 1 Refresh and the Limitations would be +1/4 (make sure the GM is on board with that Limitation value).

That way when you're in human form you're tough against anything not holy and recover quickly against anything not unholy. The demon and angel forms would work as you described them.

Ok so Limitation confuses me too much to use it. So I decided to make a pure hybrid, all the strengths all the weaknesses. What would the catch be for if he had both holy and unholy items as his catch, all the time?

Probably +2 (Available but rare +1, Need to do research to find it out +1). Same as for Holy or unholy on their own, since both are less than common.

Note that in a standard Dresden Files setting, Unholy is all but non-existent. One might make a case for Hellfire to qualify, though.

Personally, I'd do it like this:
Inhuman Toughness [-2]
Inhuman Recovery [-2]
The Catch [+2] is Holy/Unholy weapons/magic
