That's normal.

Computers are getting better and better at reading captchas. The older, easier versions are unsecure.

It took me 5 times to get the captcha correct when I logged on.   I must not be a real person.    I've never been to a site that was that bad before.

I wonder how many more tries it will take to get this message posted.   I've tried 4 times so far.

Did you have to captcha just to register or did it prompt you for both of your posts?

I'm kind of of the mind that the harder it is for bots to post on this site, the better.  We've had good luck with that for the most part.  At least I haven't noticed many bots.

It only seemed to captcha for registration and then my very first post. They were completely impossible to read, so thank goodness for the listen option! I audio'd my way through them both. If it weren't for that, not sure it would have even been possible to succeed at them, they are indeed that bad.

Yeah, they were really tough. I mean, I guess it's good, but I had to go through each one several times before I got it right.
