Sadly, I have to agree with Shecky. A rule like the suggested one would make my life much easier, as English is my third language, but it would be unfair and perhaps annoying for many people.

You're being too humble Dina.  Your English has improved by leaps and bounds since you started around here, the only time the third language thing shows anymore is when you don't grasp a cultural nuance that a native speaker just "gets".  I doubt that most new posters even have any idea that English isn't your first language.
