 The first book in the series is called Rosemary and Rue. I read through the whole series (as many of the books of the series that are out anyway) in under a week. Really fun read.

That plus the way it occurred today and everyone on the team was kind of putting blame (or so it felt like but probably wasn't) on me for the claim getting denied. I do the precerts for Surgeries and I'm always two months ahead. But I got really frustrated with my team mates today because insurance companies need 1-2 weeks in order to process a precert but they keep adding on people to the schedule like 2-3 days before hand. So, uh. Yeah it was kind of a large argument at work. And for all my 'metal'ness I'm actually quite sensitive. I got upset and I hate that... It's all good now, but it was stressful at the time and I'm beat myself up a lot un necessarily so even after the fact some things linger for me.. And another thing I wont mention except that apparently I'm quite the -a-hole around here. Unintentionally but regardless of said fact.. Eh. <--- Kind of deserved it though for my lack of insight.

You do what you can as best you can.  You don't win every fight and you can't please everyone all the time.  God knows I've learned that in the past few years.  Doesn't mean things won't linger, but hey..  if you did make a mistake, learn from it.  If it was just the luck-of-the-draw of a crappy situation, it sucks, but as I always say:  There's more than one way to skin an Alablast!
