There's also this:

Black Blade of Disaster [total -10]
It is what it is: a five-foot, blade-shaped void. Functions as a greatsword (weapon 3)
One-time Discount: +2
Destroyer: being made of mordite, the sword deals 6 extra stress (as if wielded by someone with mythic strength). Due to its non-material nature, no further stress bonus applies from strength powers - and someone with such powers would not be able to use them through the blade. Outsiders are not affected. Refresh -3
Ravager: being made of mordite, the sword treats victims as if they were in a Legendary-level threshold, diminishing their powers significantly unless they are Outsiders or similar creatures of the Void. Defensive abilities are the first negated. Refresh -8
Soulslayer: mordite is deadly - no ifs, no buts. Consequences dealt are one step worse; mild consequences would take up the moderate consequence slot, a moderate would take up the severe slot, a severe would take up the extreme slot and an extreme disintegrates the victim. Refresh -2
Lifestealer: Being made of mordite, the sword affects its wielder just as well as it affects its other victims. Each round, apply all of the sword's effects to the wielder, except for its base damage from "it is what it is". Refresh +3

 :o...  ;D

Wow any bets on how long it would take a character to completely implode when using this weapon...lol  One slip and you are a pile of black ash.. :o

Lemme see... damage 6 and effectively negates your toughness powers (if you have them) and you must use higher-level consequences... 2 rounds and even so, only through grabbing the sword from its less-deadly hilt, only if you're a PC with full consequences and you still rot down to ashes afterwards. 99% of things that get actually hit get disintegrated outright. That includes guys like Nicodemus or the Loup Garou.

And in theory, a PC could wield it. Its refresh is not very high.  :P

But you have to admit any PC with that sword would aquire the "Target Tunic" aspect and absorb all incoming fire.   ;)

My take:

Surya's Sword
[-0] It Is What It Is- It's a greatsword (Weapon: 3), with Sanskrit writings upon the blade itself.
[-0] Unbreakable
[+2]  One time discount- Surya's Sword is a greatsword wreathed in flames
[-2] Worldwalker
[-2] Surya's Courage- Surya represents soul, will-power, and courage.  While holding the blade, its wielder can roll Conviction as a defense against melee or ranged attack of a physical nature.
[-2] Surya's Flame- Attack rolls deal +2 and satisfy the Catches of Sunlight and Fire.

'Surya's Flame' is imprecisely worded.  I'm not sure whether it is intended to inflict additional stress on a successful attack, or to boost the attack roll itself.
If it is the former, then it is notably underpowered, as thematic associations for the purposes of Catch satisfaction are not generally substantial enough to warrant Refresh cost except in extreme cases (eg. All Creatures Are Equal Before God, Sacred Guardian, or variants thereon).
Even Chaotic Neutral individuals have to apologize sometimes. But at least we don't have to mean it.

How about this one?

[-1] Sword of Ra
[-0] It Is What It Is- It's a Shortsword (Weapon: 2) in the Roman Style, with Heiroglyphs upon the blade itself.
[-0] Unbreakable
[+2]  One time discount- Sword of Ra is a Shortsword, Size isn’t everything
[-1] Fast as Light- The Wielder of the Sword of Ra may use Weapons to defend against all attacks, (Narratively free to describe it as parrying)
[-0] Here comes the Sun- Sword of Ra Attack rolls satisfy the Catches of Sunlight and Fire.
[-1] Burns like Fire- The Sword of Ra counts as Weapon:6  when used to break inanimate objects
[-1] Hot Enough to Cut Reality-  The Sword of Ra confers the Rift Maker trapping of the Worldwalker power to its wielder.

((Note: If there's a better way to represent the bonus to Breaking with the sword, please suggest))

How much would you suggest as bonus stress?

I would recommend rephrasing Surya's Flame to avoid further confusion.
'Inflicts 2 additional stress on a successful attack' instead of 'attack rolls deal +2'.
That's more-or-less fairly costed at 1 refresh.
