In Storm Front Harry was jumped by the thug who was betraying his boss Marcone for Victor Sells.  The second time he had his hair cut and taken which traumatized him.

In Summer Knight Grum was beating Harry pretty good until Lea pretended to be an upset neighbor who had called the police.

In Proven Guilty Harry realized his macho antics of doing an extended beat down on the alien looking Fetch, may have contributed to the death of one of the Fetch's victims.  She bled out while the fight was going on.  Harry was pretty upset about that.

When Madrigal Raith was auctioning off Harry on Ebay, he had to dislocate his hand to get out of the handcuffs.  Even with Lash's help it was very painful.

In White Night Harry fell through the ice and nearly drowned.  Either a bullet bounced off his bullet proof duster and gave him a concussion or he hit his head on the ice and suffered a concussion.

After the duel Lara nearly ate Harry, but he kind of enjoyed that.

If I remember any more I will post them.

Turn Coat: Watching an innocent man (and hero of the Wardens) die while still being held guilty of a crime he didn’t commit, despite all the evidence to clear him.

That would have to hurt someone as justice-loving as Harry.

For Fool Moon Harry resisted the emotional turmoil and temptation that occurred when he wear the belt and turned into wolf. Probably felt like being a member of the Wild Hunt.

How many bruises has he received from bullets bouncing off his coat?

I'm better than a shirt.  I'm a sword....  Look, they're still breathing.   Stupid shirt.

In Storm Front, Harry channels lighting to blast the toad demon while protecting Susan.  That took something out of him.

In Fool Moon, Harry never felt as low as when Murphy arrested him because she thought he was holding out information or directly had a hand in Kim Delaney's death.  Murphy chipped his tooth as well.

Also in Fool Moon, Harry was shot in shoulder when Tera West helped him escape police custody.

In Grave Peril, Harry feels responsible for the deaths of the innocents at Bianca's party.  Even though they might have all been dead before Harry torched Bianca's place.

In Small Favor, Harry was starting to suffer from hypothermia while waiting in the water on the reef off of Demonreach island while for Thomas to rescue him.

In Ghost Story Harry finds out that trying to go through walls painted with Ghost Dust is very painful.

Fool Moon - Murphy Shot him! (ok , he only thought she shot him. but it hurt his feelings anyway)
"You did a bad thing once. It does not make you a monster." "What if it does? What if it does Harry?" "Molly, you are a good person. Don't let anyone take that away from you. Not even yourself." "Are you sure?" "Yes." "You're okay. You aren't a monster. You're gonna be alright, grasshopper."

Oh, yeah, you forgot him killing Corpsetaker, in Dead Beat. I remember him being really shook up by that fact - the first person he'd ever killed in cold blood - during Proven Guilty.

Storm Front
Persecution by Morgan

Dead Beat
Forced to succumb to blackmail to save Murphy's job - which she eventually loses anyway.
Meets a nice girl, Shiela, who turns out to be not so nice.
Lengthy exposure to Polka
Conscritped into the Wardens (more responsibility) without getting a sword

Proven Guilty
Has to resist taking advantage of Molly

White Knight
Accused and/or not trusted by the minor practitioners.

Small Favor
Forced to help Marcone
"Failure to save Ivy" should read: Used as bait to capture and torture Ivy - twice (first to get her to Chicago then to get her to drop her veil).

Turn Coat
Suffers the "pleasure" of white vampire saliva.

Changes
Persecution by Rudolph
Loses precious time in the Erlking domain, severely hampering his plans
Forced to murder the previous WK to take the mantle and is subsequentlly put on display throughout the NN.
Turned into a dog (judging by Mouse's reaction, that wasn't a pleasant experience; also, it broke a Law of Magic)
Finally gets a date with Murphy, only to have it shot out of his hands.

Other
Forced to hide his relationship with Thomas
Warm Beer (although personally, Mac is right)
Humiliation of being terrible with Latin

It was not just Murphy's job that was at stake in Dead Beat. Prison or worse was a real possibility.

Updated the Fool Moon section, unsurprisingly it's the longest unless you count Changes and Ghost story as one big collection of traumas.

Storm Front
Realization that the spectacle demon wasn’t actually friendly – and the attempted trickery.
Failure to save Bianca’s assistant.

Grave Peril,
Guilt at endangering Michael’s family due to the Nightmare using his appearance.
Causing the Sword to be snagged by Lea due to him trying to wiggle out of his deal.
Guilt at Murphy getting attacked by the Nightmare using his appearance and protect her.
Reminder to him of what he doesn’t have- family. (he thinks)

Summer Knight - Dealing with the guilt at failing to find a cure for Susan.
Getting blamed by the WC, harassed by Morgan, made a fool of in the WC meeting.
Pressure of WC expectations, solving the SK murder, and the stakes.
Unable to prevent the death of Myrtle.
Having been the instrument of killing Aurora.  (it was a woman to boot)

In Dead Beat:

Harry took Cowl's force blast in front of the book store.
After imprisoning the Erlking, Cowl slugs Harry unconscious with his own .44.
Harry survives the backlash from disrupting the Darkhallow.
