The I'm Writing Thread.... Celebrate your pages written etc

Apparently I got con crud at I-Con. Or something. Scratchy throat and coughing aren't too conducive to writing.  I've gotten maybe 1/2-3/4 page written the past two days.  So less than 250 words.  But I'm hoping this stuff will die quick, and the writing should pick up easily since I know where the next few scenes go.

Once you get past the sucky crud (which could be a good band name), it sounds like you'll be flowing again! 

The long awaited screenplay is almost ready. 4 years in the making.
5 scenes left to revise for the new draft. Then one pass for typos.
Then off to posting to Amazon Studios.

Congrats on that and good luck!  That is so exciting!

You are definitely making steady progress!  It's nice when everything just flows, and before you notice it, the pages have just rolled out


I hit page 150 this week, which is by far the longest piece of fiction I've ever wrote.  I did a little happy dance--okay, I didn't move out of my chair for the happy dance because it's more like just moving my arms around since I'm considerably lacking in the dance skills department, but hey

good for you i am curently edditing the first book
i am looking in here from time to time
the poor fool i got to read the frist four chapters gets to read the edited first four chapters to night
he is well aware of this fact
one book the one i am edditing is nearly 25,000 words about 50 pages ish
the other one is only half written and only has about 11,000 words or so


but it is good that you got a long peace of fiction hope mine will be longer when i finish it

Less than a thousand for me this week -- Dad had an operation Wednesday and I have a deadline for Monday for some sourcebook material. Hope to get back to both this coming week....
