Today while in Mysterious Galaxy RB today the staff said that it is confirmed that JB will be signing and doing his usual Q & A thing,
here on 28 Nov. The day after the release date of Cold Days.

Doing a happy dance and it is not pretty.

Jim and Shannon were both incredibly generous several years ago at Romantic Times to meet with a contingent of fans that included a group from the Charlaine Harris fan club.  All of us who participated in that gathering came back feeling we had just met two really good new friends.

Guess that particular cat is out of its bag. :D

I was given a list of tour dates a while back, but I was told they were unconfirmed and not yet ready for public release.  I'll poke Anne and see if that's changed.

(BOOYEAH, JIM'S COMIN' TO L.A.!)

I think most of us who have had the fortune to spend time with Shannon and Jim would say that's a consistent feeling. They are just the sweetest, warmest people.

Jim and Shannon were part of Rachel(Starbeam) and my wedding(they signed a copy of CHANGES used in the ceremony), not only THAT they sent us a card for our first anniversary. Who else do you know of that will do that for fans, granted fans who have had the chance to hang out with them several times. A few of the times we saw Jim it was an "off" day for him and you would have NEVER been able to tell. Just a great couple, very talented and so down to earth and approachable. I can't say enough.

Will it be possible to order signed editions of Cold Days?
I am unable to make conventions or signings and would love my copy signed.

Yes!  At least, very probably yes. :D  We'll have info about the Virtual Signing preorders soon.

Really hoping Jim gets up here to the Pacific Northwest again!  Hopefully Portland or Olympia, but anywhere within 200 miles would be fab!  *crossing fingers and toes*

I second this! Olympia especially would be totally fantastic for me. Somewhere like Seattle or Portland would be much more difficult for me to make, but I'd still try, of course. *crosses fingers and toes with you*
