Okay, here is some facts about Celty:
she is a Dullahan (headless horseman, fae grim reaper)
she is nigh unkillable
usually a Dullahan would carry their head around with them and it would be connected to the body via a soul, Celty had her head cut away and stolen by a mad scientist using an ancient cursed blade
she had the spirit that serves as her horse possess an old motorcycle rather than a horse
she controls and makes things with shadows, including a giant friggin' scythe that seems to knock people out without killing them (mental stress??)
she is drawn to seek and recover her head...but has also started to give up and is also worried that if she finds her head, that it will make her a different person
