Hope there are still some left on Thursday!

Will those who grab the books from SDCC be able to post spoilers from Ghost Story in the spoiler section, or will they have to wait until the book is available everywhere else?

So will the book be going for $30 at SDCC?  Also, if anyone is going to preview night, I am vaguely interested in paying somebody to pick up a book for me, run it outside, so I can start reading Wednesday night.

It can wait until I get in on Thursday, but Wednesday would be better.

Of course, it might not be possible to snag anything on Wednesday & for all I know, there might be a limit on how many books you can get.

Hence, why I'm only got a vague idea of how this could be managed.

Absolutely not.  Other than those five sample chapters, there is to be NO discussion of material from Ghost Story until July 26th.  We'll post our updated spoiler policy soon.

Update - they apparently sold out of the book on preview night.  You can purchase at the signings, but otherwise out of luck.

Also, if you aren't in line for 6a, you won't likely have a seat.

FYI I did get a seat, but the room is packed.  Some might leave, from this panel - which ends at 1, but I'm not optimistic.

Plan to audio record if allowed, but I'l be using the free iRecorder/Omega Recorder for first time, so there might a limit in length that I am not aware.

Well if nobody can provide better, I'll do my best.  Again, it's only audio.  Plus, I vaguely understand the program is hard to export.  Worse case scenario, I will transcribe my recordings.

But hey it was free.

Messed up recording a bit, but really not all that interesting.  Panel was almost entirely on-topic & Jim didn't talk much, maybe 5-6 times.  Most interesting question was that there was a rumor of a DF movie.  The answer got jumped on by another panelist meandering around how an Author can be the last to know about projects in the works.

Then it was handed over to Jim, who must have mumbled his response, because I missed it.

Plan to try for Peguin panel.  Hope Jim makes a showing.
