If you think 5 is early enough to get there then I will likely be able to make it. I get out of work at 2:30 and I can catch the very next train out putting me in the city around 4-430 if Rachel takes a half day this is VERY Doable I think, so pencil us in. Will be a nice break as the very next weekend we will be married  ;D

forgot myself on behalf of us both Thank you.

It's not so much that I'm shy as it is that I don't like saying things which have already been said.  Having said that, as someone else also mentioned, my wife and I will be there as well.

 ;)

I have a bunch of friends in NYC, and I visit all the time.  This is something I would love to do.  Would I be allowed to wear pants?

Pants are encouraged.

Skirts would be fine, too.

Looks like the D.C. signing now requires folks to have purchased the book at a B&N location or at BN.com to enter the signing line.  Can someone call the Tribeca B&N at 212-587-5389 to see if this is the case there, too?

I called B&N and they confirmed books needed to be purchased at B&N...

however I didn't ask if ALL of the books that you snuck out of your over-sized garment bag at the last second HAD to be purchased there.....

Giant hook reaches into B&N and grabs BEADL away from the signing table......

Aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh... :D
