They can be ordered from Leisure Games here in the UK.  I know, because I did so last night.  The postage is so much cheaper!!

Brought my order with me to the session last night; the players loved them.  What was really funny was when one PC gave a flat out "No" to Maeve, his "Winter" dice, which had been rolling very well so far in the session, suddenly couldn't roll above a -2.
