Vanessa Moore is the bastard offspring of a White Court vampire and an unknown creature of the Nevernever, quite possibly some sort of demon of dreams or living nightmare. Born a redhead - unlike most of the rest of the White Court - and with certain qualities that disgusted her mother, she was abandoned in the mortal world. The first of those qualities was a nearly insatiable appetite; while she could eat the emotions of mortals, she was neither drained if she did not feed but was also never sated. The second was monstrous features -claws, wings and a tail - she grew very early in her life, and a very pliable external appearance she could use to hide them.
She survived in the mortal world, even thrived as her powers grew and she discovered physical barriers might as well not exist for her and everyone attracted to her could not bring themselves to hurt her. She returned to her house, devoured her mother's men and servants out of spite and enthralled her mother herself. The house was destroyed, and Moore and her mother have lived in the half-abandoned estate ever since.
Currently, Moore is insinuating herself back into the workings of the White Court as an assassin, spy and emmisary, hiding much of her power in order to catch others off-guard. Her continued success has made her overconfident and open to attack - or so some members of the court think. What they do not know is that Moore is powerful enough to back up that overconfidence... most times. Moore has also discovered, and showed an interest in, the true Venators, the hidden society that tries to destroy extraplanar power on the Earth. How much she knows about them nobody is sure...

* [-5] Half-Spirit - Moore is partially a spirit entity; she gets the benefits of Spirit Form and Poltergeist, though she is actually a physical creature that can fade, not a spirit that can manifest physically. This allows her to easily slip into "guarded" compounds or hide in plain sight by moving beneath the ground but she also uses it to further enhance her appearance.

[-1] Insidious Distraction; Moore's beauty can supernaturally entrance all beings, forcing them to have to fight with themselves before they can attack Moore. She uses Rapport as defense against physical and mental attacks and maneuers. Beings attracted to her might have to contend with increased rapport due to her other abilities but dangers that cannot be entranced such as a hidden bomb or a natural hazard are unaffected (though their creators might be)
[-1] Black Widow's Embrace; An emmisary's formal handshake. A friend's embrace. A lover's kiss. All can be weapons for Moore as a touch from her can be so intoxicating the victim will not want to leave; she can use Rapport to perform a social "grapple". Like physical grapples, she must still tag or invoke aspects or consequences to initiate grappling. Moore takes no penalty if she takes supplemental actions to inflict social stress in such a grapple as she slowly subverts the victim's personality but she does take penalty to inflict physical stress.
[-5] Physical Immunity: Moore's pride and belief in her supermacy becomes reality as she is made invulnerable. Only sentient beings that are naturally not attracted to her can overcome this, offering the ultimate affront.
