Dude, Kansas =/= Missouri. Are there going to be any events in Missouri anytime soon?

There's a St Louis one listed on the calendar, click the link and it will take you to the thread. *outside of st louis on the MS side I believe*.

It is across the river from St. Louis, in an area called St. Peters. Right next to St. Charles. As if that means anything to most people....
Why have "Or" when you can have "And"?

Thank you

It doesn't mention any ticket requirements but there does seem to be a time limit so make sure you arrive early and be prepared to wait if you don't.

Is there going to be a limit to the number of books Jim will sign per person? I have hooked two friends, one in England and one in Australia, that I would love to be able to send signed books. They aren't quite as far along as I am with the series (difficulty obtaining copies) but I'd love to be able to surprise them with signed copies.
Thanks,
Tegan

I missed the book signing today...
I had to get up early, so I could get to work early, so I could leave work early, so I wouldn't be late. When my departure time from work hit I was OUT of there like a vampire from sunlight. I basically sped all the way over to my friend's apartment (since I talked him into coming with me so my drive would be less boring) and picked him up. We were about 15 miles out of Springfield when I though my car was making odd noises. I asked my friend if my car sounded funny and not five minutes later my driver's side tire blows out. I mean, big-f'n-hole-in-my-tire blows out. So, I missed my book signing. I was looking forward to getting to meet Jim all week.
I'm pretty bummed out, I just hope Jim does something locally again soon.

Well he's in Lawrence tomorrow, which isn't too far away.

Yeah but there's no way I can get there in time with my work schedule. I had to make special arrangements to leave early yesterday and there is no way I can pop it on them at the last minute.

Seeing the comments by those who couldn't make it to the signing, If you want to do mail order, The Poisoned Pen should be able to take care of you.  Details on the Scottsdale signing thread at http://www.jim-butcher.com/bb/index.php/topic,2021.msg40061.html#msg40061

I too missed this amazing opportunity, unfortunately. What a shame. Just finished White Night, would love to get it autographed.

(Would have finished it the day I got it, but that was Wednesday, and Amazon is slow. I was delayed from joy an entire week...)
Cowl is probably the most amazingly hardcore character in the series, second only to Harry and Bob.
