Maximum length of the tracks?

What is the maximum length of the various tracks, and where in the books is that referenced?

Well, 4, basically. Except for the Physical Track. And it's in the section on how they're determined, YS p. 201-202 and the pages referenced there.

Various powers add to the Physical Track, so it maxes out at 12 (in theory), with Mythic Toughness and Hulking Size.

Theoratically there aren't any limits to track lenghts in the game. Practically, they cap at around 4 or 5 for rare people like Ghandi, (8 maaaaybe 10 for physcal for were and similar concepts with war forms)

Ghandi, as a mortal, would've still only had 4, though likely extra Consequences in at least one or two categories. There's no mechanic for going above 4 without powers.
