What kind of action is it to change forms? Normal, supplemental, free?

For beast change, I believe it is supplemental.  Fred answered a similar question in a previous thread, but I don't have the patience to go looking for it at the moment.

I've been ruling it's a supplemental action and removing clothes a normal action.  I mean, it is two distinct actions... if a character was a stripper, I'd make them roll performance at -1 to take off their clothes  ;)

On YS174, it states that any shape-shifting is done as a supplemental action, unless otherwise stated. It's the last sentence before Beast Change.
