Stat a mortal and chose a few stunts...done...not much of a challenge there.

His mojo later on in the game would be a good use of fate points applying the right aspects at the right time. And spending the fate points to "activate" the potion that was given to him by egg.

Choosing the right aspects is the only thing that would even remotely challenging. Seems to me that you want to have the character but not put in the work yourself.
