Nope. We heartily encourage people to order the actual books that will be printed up nice and proper for them if they want 'em in paper form -- though some folks have managed to do it anyway.

Hey, page 202 of "your story" contains a hidden copy of Dresden's character sheet, which shows up upon searching or in pure text view.  Makes it slightly harder to find things.

I can’t find the “described below”.

Just ignore the "as described below" thing -- that may be a vestige of an earlier thing when we actually had something below, but I'm not seeing any reason we need to expand upon the point beyond what's said in what you've quoted.

Fair enough.  I assume that's just a discount of one slot and still has to follow the other rules, so you can't have a "blasting rod of Fuego", paying for +1 into offense power and offense control for fire magic, then get a slot upgrade for +2 offense power and +1 offense control, correct?
