A particularly fun one I thought up was increasing/removing the momentum of one of a charging enemy's legs so that they end up falling over themselves.
Two words: Invisible Wedgie.
WaterCreate a shroud of moving water that encompasses the enemy, cutting off any magical connections emanating from that person. (Not really a good one for standard spellcasters but brilliant for necromancers and the likes)
Create a fog that can help you hide/run away/etc.
Increase the water levels in an enemy's cells until they burst.
Increase the water pressure in an enemy's eyes until they burst/go blind/start screaming.
Summon the fluid in the skull to the back so that the frontal lobe dries up.
EarthTake a cue from Magneto and summon the iron out of an enemy's body.
Bunch up a load of metals/minerals in an enemy's heart until it's too big to fit into a vein/artery then release.
