Dunno if anyone mentioned it before but I was thinking it would be cool if there was a chatbox type thing. Like a real time messaging thing.

It's been mentioned before. It's outside my core competencies, however, so I'm unlikely to implement it.

Hey all, just a point of information.  There is currently a chat room for Dresden Files fans, though I should emphasize that it is NOT officially connected with either this forum or Jim/Shannon Butcher.

With the speed people post on these forums sometimes I could see a shoutox asploding into a million tiny particles, similar to a big bang.

However, this is the one that works with SMF. (Simple Machines, which is what you're using.) An admin should be able to upload it via FTP through the SMF tool.
