Maybe someone else in the family can be there and at least get you a signed copy.
That's what I'm going to have to do too most likely.
If I knew everything that was about to happen, where would the fun be?

i wish the books would be released at an increased frequency: with a total of 20 novels expected, I'd like to be able to insure that I'm still around at least for episode #20. I'd like to see how it all turns out. ;)

Sorry to bring you the bad news; Jim has stated publicly that he can't do more than 1 Dresden book per year, as he'd burn out on it fast. Hey, it bugs me, too, as I'm considerably past my biblically-allotted time's halfway point. :)

meh.
I'm pretty excited about this book.  I'll probably read it, then forget about the series, then pick it up again in like 5 years.

It happened with the TV show too.  I saw an advertizement in 2007, watched the first ep, lost interest, and revisited it in 2009!  lol...my life. >_<

Does anyone know when the audio will be released?

The signing tour?

Some things were talked about for Chicago, we're pretty anxiously awaiting to see if there is even going to be a Chicago area signing...also, hey, it would be great if Jim came out to the SF Bay area so I could ply him with Vietnamese sandwiches.  :)

I really hope that they have a canadian date for the tour to either Toronto, Montreal or Ottawa.  We normally get left out of book tours but us canadians are huge fans!!!!!  if not at least hopefully ill make it down to a US signing

This afternoon Murder by the Book changed the April 6th Houston appearance from tentative.  The Manager confirmed over the phone and said "Changes" could be purchased at the store that Tuesday.

All 5 of the New England fans are hoping for at least a Boston stop. But I think promises of Lobstah won't be enough... ;)
When you wish upon a falling star, your dreams can come true. Unless it's really a meteorite hurtling to the Earth which will destroy all life. Then you're pretty much hosed no matter what you wish for. Unless it's death by meteor.

Two more appearances, this time in Seattle.  http://www.signedpage.com/authors/butcher-changes.html

He'll be signing at The Signed Page, then at University Bookstore.

It's slated for April 15th.

Will it be available for digital download, or just on CD?

Any chance of a signing in the Mid-Atlantic?
What if there were no hypothetical situations?
