The Search for Stress. Or mechanics.

I'm working on building a FATE-based system, stealing liberally from both 2 and 3 (I just like some of the 2 mechanics better.)

This page talks about mechanics for stress/damage in DFRPG:

But the images of the example stress tracks no longer seem to exist.

So my question is, will someone put the pretty boxes back for mechanic thieves?
Sanity is way more boring.

I'll consider it, though as you can see from the date on that post it's way outtadate. :)
